10 Minute Plank Challenge!
This routine is great for engaging your abs and building core strength. Each exercise is performed for 1 minute with no rest time. If you cannot hold for the full minute, do what you can and work up to it! I train core 2x a week in short 10–15-minute sessions.
The workout:
High plank
Low plank
Right side plank on elbow
Left side plank on elbow
High plank with heel taps
Right side plank on hand
Left side plank on hand
Knees to chest toe taps
Rotating hip dips
Rotating low plank
