Easy Breakfast Oats and Fruit šŸ«šŸ“

This recipe is my go-to for quick and easy breakfast in the mornings on my workdays. It uses all whole food ingredients, is a great way to get fiber and antioxidants, and is very filling with no added sugars. I like to serve with a hard-boiled egg, piece of breakfast sausage, or a banana.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c rolled oats

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 c blueberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1/2 c strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1/2 c -1 c unsweetened almond milk, depending on the consistency you like your oats

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into microwave safe bowl. Mix a few times and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
