Healthy Cinnamon Banana Muffins 🍌
This recipe is a super easy, healthier alternative to store bought muffins that contain a lot of added sugars. This recipe only uses 10 ingredients! Follow along in my real time video making these muffins. Enjoy!
Bake time: 20 minutes at 350 F
Ingredients:
▪️4 ripe bananas (mashed)
▪️1/4c honey
▪️1 Tbsp vanilla extract
▪️1 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
▪️1 egg
▪️1 container greek yogurt 5 oz
▪️1.5 c whole wheat flour
▪️1 tsp baking soda
▪️1/4 tsp salt
▪️2 tsp cinnamon
▪️optional add ins: dark chocolate chips, walnuts, oatmeal
