Homemade Oat Flour Brownies
This recipe is very easy to make, uses only 10 ingredients, the brownies taste super rich, chocolatey, and made with way less sugar than your store-bought ready to eat brownies. Hope you enjoy making these to share with family for a treat!

Servings: 9 brownies
Ingredients:
1 c rolled oats (grind into oat flour with high-speed blender)
1/4 c cocoa powder
1/2 c dark chocolate chips
1/4 c light brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c coconut oil (melted)
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9x9 square baking dish.
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a spatula until a batter forms.
Pour batter into baking dish and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Test with a toothpick, it should come out clean. Enjoy!
