Homemade Quick Herb and Cheese Bread
This recipe is super easy to make and throw the ingredients in a bowl! It is a great side for spaghetti or pasta! Uses whole wheat flour and does not utilize yeast. I used a 9x5 loaf pan.

Servings: 10
Ingredients:
1 1/4 c whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 c avocado oil
1/2 c almond milk
1/2c Greek yogurt
1/4 c chopped green onions
2 Tbsp dried basil
1 Tbsp dried thyme
1c Mexican cheese blend (save a little for topping later)
Sweet Baby Ray's garlic parmesan marinade (for topping)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease the loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Once a batter forms, pour it into the loaf pan. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
Take the loaf pan out and use a pastry brush to lightly coat the bread with the garlic parmesan sauce and a little extra cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, be sure to insert a toothpick in the center of the bread to ensure doneness; it should come out clean.
Let the pan cool a few minutes and slide the bread out of the loaf pan and place on a cooling rack or cutting board. Slice when it has cooled down a bit! Enjoy! Optional: top with a little bit of butter, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese!
