Make Your Own Dehydrated Banana Chips 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌

This recipe is a great way to preserve those browned bananas rather than throwing them out. It only uses 3 ingredients and a dehydrator. These banana chips are a great healthy snack and have a long shelf-life!

Supplies and Ingredients:

  • Dehydrator- I use an electric plastic tray type

  • Bunch of bananas

  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

Peel bananas and slice thin, approximately 1/4 inch. Put all sliced bananas in a bowl and pour lemon juice and cinnamon over top. Gently mix a few times with your hands and then place the slices on the dehydrator trays. My dehydrator does not have a temperature level, so I leave the bananas alone for a couple days until they are shrunk down and hard. I store them in an airtight glass jar for up to a year. Enjoy!
